I really like the way Connie gave some actionable advice (take the personality quiz and gave the free site to do it) She has good content and it's obvious that she cares about her listeners. I've had a show for over a year and it took me a lot longer to get my content and my audio style to the level that she has. Kudos to Connie. I'll be listening.
